Shipping and Handling

We take care when packing and shipping your order so it will arrive in good condition. Our responsibility ceases when the carrier accepts your shipment. If damage occurs during shipment, consignee must contact the carrier and file a claim. Save all the original cartons and packing materials until carrier has made an inspection.

All products not available to ship immediately, will be placed on back order and shipped when product becomes available. Please specify when ordering a cancellation date or if back orders will be accepted.

Prices and freight charges are subject to change without notice.Shipping fees are determined by the actual weight and dimensions of each individual order after the order is packed for shipping. Occasionally, the shipping costs will exceed the total cost of the the order itself. When this occurs, we will contact customer to discuss how to proceed.

Boxing Fees

Boxing fees are determined by the individual item size:

  • Case pack quantities are listed by item
  • Sizes up to & including 24 inches = $2.50 per box
  • 36 to 48 inch = $5.00 per box
  • 60 to 96 inch = $10 per box
  • Bundles are $2.50 each
  • Pallets are $15.00 each
  • Packing fees on items 100 inches and larger are determined per oder.

Return and Exchange

All claims and returns must be made within (5) days of receipt, if there are shortages or error. No returns accepted after (10) days from date of invoice. Holiday merchandise, custom orders, and sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable. We reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee on any approved request to return merchandise not shipped in error, damaged, or cancelled.

No unauthorized returns will be accepted.

Customers requesting items meet certain specifications in shape and size will be charged an additional "hand select" fee of 25%. Hand select items are 25% more than list price, and can not be returned or exchanged.
